Something to send? Drop off your mail at the FrontDesk before 15:00 and we will make sure your letter finds its way to your addressee.

Everything according to the usual Bpost rates of your desired shipping method: prior, non-prior, or registered.

As a VirtualOffice or PrivateOffice Member, you can place your address at one of our locations and have your professional mail delivered to MeetDistrict. The FrontDesk Officer keeps it safe and lets you know when you can come and collect something. You can always send parcels to MeetDistrict, as long as they are of a professional nature.

For your personal packages, you can make use of the Bpost parcel machine AUTOMAAT MEETDISTRICT GENT at the entrance of the Planet Group Arena site to independently send and collect your parcels. A Bol.com pick-up point is also available at our neighbours at Albert Heijn.
