At MeetDistrict, we are proud of our Members. Over the years and at our four different locations, a variety of professionals has grown into the inspiring and vibrant MeetDistrict Community we know and love. And as of now, you are a part of that as well!
Enjoy casual encounters in the hallways, at the CoffeeCorner or during lunch. Of course, we organise plenty of activities as well for you to network with your fellow Members. Imagine the successful collaborations and great friendships that could result from those! Check out some of our previous events right here: Earth Day, Speed Networking Event, and Indian Summer Event. Or browse through some memories in our PhotoDistrict.
All Community Events are announced in our newsletter, on your app's Community Tab, and on the MeetDistrict Community Page. Here you'll find an overview of exclusive MeetDistrict Perks as well, along with interesting articles about our Community and lots of MeetDistrict news.
Earth Day is an initiative of the EARTHDAY.ORG organisation which mobilises the world population to protect Mother Earth. Among many other wonderful things, thanks to EARTHDAY.ORG more than hundreds of millions of trees have been planted, specialised educators spread the word of sustainability in 149 different countries, and about 36 million volunteers commit themselves on a regular basis to clean up the Earth's surface.
At MeetDistrict, we are already involved in numerous sustainability initiatives to keep our ecological impact as small as possible. But on Earth Day, we love to put in some extra effort....
By ‘speed networking’ we mean a networking activity in which participants only have a limited time to exchange information and make connections. The most effective way to do this, is to pair up in twos and to switch partners every few minutes or so. And since this formula allows you to engage in quite a few conversations, you are guaranteed to go home with a larger network.
One of the core values at MeetDistrict is serendipity. Every day, our Members reap the benefits of a concept carefully designed to subtly bring together people from diverse backgrounds and sectors. Being the perfect occasion to underline this idea, our Speed Networking Event therefore is a valuable activity not to miss out on!
Indian Summer is widely known as the period during which we hold on to the last rays of summer while returning to our daily routines. In other words, the perfect backdrop for celebrating the Corporate New Year. And that is exactly what we invite our Community to join us in.
At MeetDistrict, we believe you should do what you love and love what you do. And our concept is specifically curated to give professionals the perfect environment to do just that. So during our Indian Summer Event, we spare no expense to welcome back our Members after a well-deserved summer break!
